Hello, TBBB Here. I just wanted to share these breathing techniques in case some people need them. I use it on a daily basis, every weekday before school to reduce the effects of what i call "Morning Nausea". I'm pretty sure the real reason around my "Morning Nausea" is that i probably have IBS. IBS stands for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It makes you feel sick about 60% of the time, and your stomach... doesn't stop rumbling sometimes!
