A version of Green which is WAY STRONGER than the original. He had absorbed to much radiation which caused his body to morph in weird ways. He can easily crush you, so I suggest you don’t anger him. The radiation was so bad his hat started to rip. He is strong enough to break through walls which cause dramatic openings.
