doj-ee-un The City of Dogian is a major city on Kaf IV and is located close to the city of Dogian, on the other side of Mount Kefeon. It has a population of 1.8 Million and is one of the most popular locations to visit due to it's history as the capital of the Kafi Empire (the colonial empire spread across galaxies that collapsed into the Kafi States) and the Headquarters of the union of Dogian (Alliance led by the FKS). Dogian usually has good weather with clear skies but the large amount of tourists may be a bit annoying if you move there.
