v2 dev stopped, new approach for v3. note: v2 uses hacked blocks and can not be loaded in most scratch mods besides turbowarp. v3: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/784714101/
v2 uses mostly the same approach as v1, but with some new stuff too. the background is a solid color so that when rendering the dragging of windows, I don't need to re render the windows that are not being dragged all the time. a BASIC rendering system is included for rendering window content this is the last version to be available in base scratch
