SPOILERS FOR A LIGHT IN THE MIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T SCROLL IF YOU HAVEN'T READ IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . . . . . Oh my gosh, the ending of A Light in The Mist almost got me... It was so heart-wrenching!!! I made a little art of the most wholesome friendship ever, Firestar and Graystripe. Do you know what the worst parts were? When Rootspring told everyone how much he loved Bristlefrost, and when Shadowsight told everyone what Leafpool said and Mothwing was finally accepted as a Medicine cat. It was just beautifully sad. Oh, and the StarClan drama between Crowfeather and Graystripe and the girls lol! Overall, the whole Broken Code arc wasn't that great, but this book made it worth it. The other books were a bit too cringy and violent and spiritual for me. Now I'll read lots of Novellas and Super Editions as I wait to read ASC! Oh, and press space to see my favorite quotes from the book! Also, the quote Firestar made "You were, and always will be, my friend." reminded me a lot of another iconic best friend duo, Captain Kirk and Spock.
