Welcome to my second DTA… meet the Not-So Pocket-Sized Critters! Read all the instructions if you’d like to enter. (Scroll down) - - DTA stands for “Draw To Adopt.” If you win one of these characters, they’re yours to use in drawings, games, and projects in general. All you have to do is follow these rules, and start drawing! - RULES FOR ENTRIES: - The drawing(s) must be 100% by you. - Must be your artwork. (No picrews, Gacha, screenshots, tracing, or art theft in any way) - You can enter for all 3 characters, but you can only win one. - You can make multiple drawings for each. - I would prefer it if you do not genderbend or change the species. - Digital art or traditional art will be accepted, so long as it's by you. - You can make slight character design changes for the 2nd and 3rd characters, but nothing too much. (I want the 1st design to stay the same) - It doesn’t matter if your entry is a remix, as long as it’s in the correct studio. (Links are in notes and credits) If you break these rules, the entry won’t count. Keep that in mind. CHARACTER INFO: 1. Name - Moon Species - Moon Jellyfish (but humanoid) Pronouns - They/Them Age - 14 Height - 5'2" Description - A mindless, not very smart moon jellyfish, able to walk around and breathe air OR water with a human-ish jellyfish-ish body. They are very sweet and always know when to help out a friend. 2. Name - Aiko Species - Dwarf Rabbit (but humanoid) Pronouns - She/Her Age - 14 Height - 4'7" Description - A small and shy rabbit/human. Aiko gets anxious very easily and quickly finds herself panicking. When you really get to know her, she calms down quite a bit. 3. Name - Axel Species - Axolotl (but humanoid) Pronouns - He/Him Age - 16 Height - 5’7” Description - A quiet, moody, phone-obsessed teenager. Axel has a wicked sense of humour but gets angry very easily. It’s best not to get on his bad side. DUE DATE: February 1st, 2023 SUGGESTIONS Here are a few things that’ll help make me say “Hey, this entry is great! I should consider it winning” to your entry. - Write an interesting backstory, with an actual point to it. - Draw details, and really getting the character’s whole feeling right. - Draw different expressions to match the character’s mood. - Draw the characters in different poses or positions. - Draw a background or a setting. - Draw multiple characters from the DTA interacting with each other. - Make it different from the original, and add your own style to spice things up.
