It is unknown how much initial ground was taken but we do know that the SC controlled UCCR states were not expecting an amphibious assault. An official statement by the AC president regarding the liberation of said SC-UCCR nations: "People, cats, and birds of the world. We have long lived in terror of Second Coalition as they ravaged the world, like a flock of locusts moving from one people to the next, ripping them of their independence, their culture, their land, their husbands, and their resources. We cannot simply stand and watch as the world bends under the unholy fascist weight of the second coalition.
