PLEASE READ THE PROJECT NOTES!!!!!!!!!! .......................................................... Yey! I'm actually quite pleased with this ^_^. As far as I know, this is the first Scratch Paint tool to have a Line Tool or a Spray Can tool - please correct me if I'm wrong! The line tool's kind of slow online, but if you download and put it in Turbo Speed, the whole program works really well :D! It's at it's best in full screen mode - so smooth! Oh, the colour bar! 0 is red, 25 is orange, 50 is yellow, 75 is green, 100 is teal, 125 is blue, 150 is purple and 175 is pink. There are colours in between these, and the brightness bar adjusts tint and tone ^_^ Point out any glitches, please, and click love it :D (P.S.
