There was a beautiful speech in the project above. Please, go read it. Do NOT remix this project, remix the original above. I do have something to say, though. Scratch was amazing, once. Though my account is new-ish, I've seen Scratch for YEARS. Throughout unapproved accounts, I saw amazing art, friendships, and just... happiness. But it's changed, and for the worse. Search up 'vent' in the search bar, and it's scary. Especially because most of the vents are caused by bad experiences on scratch, forcing amazing artists and great people to quit, and leave their legacy in the dust. Scratch is toxic. Hecc, it's turned into tweeter or footbook (so that this isn't taken down). Hate is one of the only things left. ST is not seeing our problems, the hate. They still believe it's just 8+. The s, w, e, a, r system is messed up. You cannot say t, a, g, . you're it because of "We don't want chainmail dirtying our Scratch" or something along those lines. You cannot send messages that say the same thing 3 times without getting muted for 20 minutes. Art theft used to be considered a bad word. Perfectly fine projects are taken down every day because of some unspecified thing that was "Breaking Scratch's Guidelines." I understand that there are guidelines, but most of the time, it isn't bad/breaking rules at all. Remixing Culture is just recoloring. You can get silenced if you happen to type fast and are commenting a lot. Scratch used to be amazing, but it's fallen. I'm not trying to destroy ST, just inform them that there is something happening and they need to see that. The Rainwing on this project represents how Scratchers, good Scratchers, feel. The white stands for pain. The gray and dark blue is for sadness. The black is for hatred. The red is for anger. The dark green is for stress, and the light green is for fear. The purple is guilt, because we know that some of us are the cause. The light blue is for worrying. They cry and fall, just like all the Great Scratchers that have left because of hate and pain. Thank you for reading, and please, please, check out the original by @-RoseSong- .
