The start of a series of what I like to call "Scratch Paper" Its a series of Scratch Wallpapers that are made after themes. You add your character into the backdrop fitting the themes and rules. Paper 1's Category is: Past Be honest, we all started as bitmap! well, a few of us didn't...but whatever. Add your oldest character into the vector background, and once there's enough ppl, I will convert it to bitmap.
