"All citizens of the Cynopharon Empire, the imperial government has declared that the Third Dimensional War is over. This decision has been made due to the fact that neither sides of the war are doing anything of significance against each other. Although the government has stated the war is over, military assets will be kept where they are for 6 months, after which they will be withdrawn from their locations.
