Couldn't help my self. I've seen this face too often lately and finally I needed to get it out of my system.
Thanks to @Layzej and @PullJosh I've tried to use clones to draw a bit faster and with some flexibility towards resolution, but I wanted (set pen size = 1) for the avatar. It's adjustable. Thanks to @DCPU-16 for "Scratch Texture Converter"
