The 1985 Kamata KTC has to be fixed in HEV Service Center because the body is covered in rust, including the exhaust and the hubcaps. Engine and Transmission work properly but needs to be fixed and tuned. Headlights and Taillights are still functional but need newer Headlights and Taillights. Mirror needs to be replaced also. Hubcaps must be replaced with alloy wheels. Old exhaust needs to be replaced with a new exhaust system.
