It is the year 1500. Europe is a war zone. The Ottoman call of arms has been heard around the Muslim world. Men picked up their sabres and marched to battle everywhere. The crescent destroyed the cross at Vienna, and the key city fell to the Muslim Turks. The Habsburgs have fled to Bavaria and the Lands of the Bohemian Crown. Next to fall was Italy. As the Ottoman war machine tore through the land, Rome was evacuated, the Pope and his followers fleeing to islands across the Mediterranean with anything they could take. The Western Caucasus has been split between a Kingdom and an Emirate. Yet the Venetian flag still flies strong, and some Greeks have not bowed down yet. Africa is divided between Egypt and Morocco, and Denmark and Schleswig are close Allies with a depleted Germany. France won its war against the English, who quickly fell apart to a Scottish raid. In Ireland, the locals are fighting for survival against the English and Scots. And in Iberia, the Emirs of Granada, spurred on by the Ottomans, are fighting a hopeless war against Spain and Portugal. Will the Ottomans destroy Christianity, just like how the Arabs destroyed Zoroastrianism.
