This is quite easily the longest battle I have made. Nocton claims there to be a time crisis causing worlds to fall apart. His solution to cure this problem is to ahnialate both those who oppose him, and the ones who are guilty. We have to destroy him! BE SURE TO REACT TO THE BACKGROUND CHANGES!
True RoO's Buster is meant to be powerful at the cost of speed, so it makes sense that, for common sense, I would have to change natnat's damage, but increase his fire rate.
