Bio: Mike-747 or "King" as some know him is a Spartan-IV and an agent of ONI. The nickname is ironic as he is actually a terrible shot and rarely hits his intended target(s). In service since the age of 19, he signed up for the Spartan-IV program. Because of his relatively poor aim, he was later given special training for the CQS48 Bulldog and Hydra. He is also very frequently requesting an energy sword. Which are denied. Always. His left arm was lost due to torture from insurrectionists. Psych profile: Very jokey and sometimes narcissistic, he knows exactly when he needs to shut up and be serious when others call for it.
