Unfortunately, you cannot delete/backspace because Scratch does not support the delete key. ★★★ ABOUT THE GAME ★★★ I had the idea to port MonkeyType to Scratch ages, ago, but was too lazy to implement it. Lucky for you, Thanksgiving break was so boring that I decided to return to Scratch and make this.
