You can even click on her face to change her facial expression! The bats are draggable and can be moved around the stage.

Description

"Lydia Deetz" by cheddargirl ========== Thought I'd do a bit of a 90's throwback for this Halloween season. Lydia Deetz is a character from the "Beetlejuice" animated series, which ran between 1989 to 1991. I vaguely remember watching this and don't remember much about the show's plot since I was pretty young when the show aired, but I do recall this character and thinking how awesome she was because she was patient, kind, and had a positive outlook on things. Images: - Most of the anatomy and outfit designs are loosely traced by myself from a reference sheet found on the "Beetlejuice" Wikia (though I believe the reference sheet was originally done by an artist who goes by the online name Midori-Mezurashi on deviantART), with some edits to make all vectorized costume more or less uniform and facing forward. The designs for the witch outfit and 'Brides of Funkenstein' outfit were missing from the sheet, so I had to draw those in myself. I would have added Lydia's cat, Percy, in as well, but I didn't have enough references to draw in the cat. - You should, by now, recognize the bats from the Scratch sprite library. :P Sound files: - Lydia's "Beetlejuice" chant from the animation series (episode "Critter Sitters" http://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/youtube/s9HijiKVvKE) - Beetlejuice theme song from the 1988 "Beetlejuice" movie the animated series was based from.
