------------Spoilers------------ It's about a gardener inkling named Vert who wants to be an explorer, and a soldier octoling named Ottavia who also wants to be an explorer. (Vert gave Ottavia her name because Ottavia was born an octarian soldier and was never given a real name.) The two fall in love with each other and Vert helps Ottavia escape from the Octarian Empire. That's all I'm telling you. You'll just have to watch the movie to fully understand and get more info.
