So uh- yea thats Eren (she/her) and she died because she was fighting in the military with Saeko. Eren died and Saeko blamed herself- there is 2 things she probs did (i won't say which one) 1. she committed sui because she couldn't take it anymore, and 2 saeko died because she was shot in the heart.
