[ use arrow keys/space bar to navigate through the pieces, and "m" to toggle music! ] (mobile-friendly) ~ whoops, been a hot minute since i last properly checked on things around here- sorry if i missed any important messages or invites!! on another note, speciblooms are indeed still alive (on th & somewhat on da), and i'll try my best to address any remaining inquiries regarding the state of the species ;; now, where was i... i know i basically kinda vanished from the face of this platform a year ago, but i always felt bad whenever i looked back on my projects, the followers i amassed, and the wasted potential beneath it all. well, now that i have the motivation to actually post something, i wish to announce my (most likely) official departure from scratch as a means of sharing my artwork. i hope this can at least bring some closure to you guys, since i've been so annoying with my lack of communication these past few years x) i was on the fence about this for a long, long time, but i've finally made my decision, and it has felt really liberating for me as an artist and especially as a human person (i don't mean that as a tautology) with a life outside of the internet and social media. i think that moving to other sites has been largely beneficial to the expansion of my knowledge and creativity in the field of art, which continue to grow as i become more comfortable with drawing for myself and not just for the eyes of others. don't get me wrong- words are insufficient to express how much scratch means to me. without this platform, the support of my followers (you!), and the nice scratcher who decided 6 years ago on a whim to post something nice about me here (if you're reading this, you know who you are), i would not be half of the artist i am today. you can still find me on deviantart and toyhou.se (much more active on the latter), but for those of you who can't access those sites, i want to at least give you a glimpse into my progress and generally what i've been up to the past year and a half! i'll also provide my socials down below for those of you who are still interested in following me or even just seeing how far i've come :P ... please don't feel disheartened by this announcement; this is not the end of my journey, but rather the beginning of a new chapter in the story that i get to write. i'm 15 years old, now a sophomore in high school, and my feathers, like yours, are only just growing in <3 ~
