He is the result of the Pibby Glitch Virus being used on a prototype Antivirus Changer, allowing Him to transform into other forms and gain powers of previous Glitchdroids and Giga Glitchtrons. Giga Glitchtron 13 is piloted by either Rosie or Vivian and is considered to be the most powerful Giga Glitchtron.
