For those who don’t know about what’s happened to me, view my “A warning to you all” project. I watched a shock video called “the Russian brick incident” and it was REALLY sad and terrifying. I later saw a screenshot from the infamous gore video “Funkytown” along with a vivid description of what it was. A few years back, I was playing this video game on one of those video game websites, like a10 and stuff, and in the comments, someone posted a video to a walkthrough of the game, that turned out to be a shock video of a man suffocating two kittens in a vacuum bag. All these have traumatized me and I can’t get my mind off of them. My mental health is bad right now, and I worry what might happen to me if it gets worse. I can’t tell my aunt or uncle or they’ll get mad I’ve been researching this (although I stopped after looking at the funkytown screenshot). I’m not sure what to do. I haven’t been in a good mood since (although I’ve done things that make me happy, I haven’t been in a prolonged state of happiness). A lot of my fears from childhood have returned, most notably, my irrational fear of messages that warn me if things like “your network has been banned”, “your battery is low”, or “virus detected”. Is it possible anyone could help me with this?
