GUYS this was my first Inktober ever and omg i love it so much, I WAS ABLE TO EXPRESS SUCH A DIF SIDE OF MY CREATIVITY AS WELL AS FIND A NEW STYLE IN ME UGH, i sadly have cut out a few pieced due to beint slightly 'liqudy' or depicting stuff that come off as stuff that shouldnt, BUT FR, they arent stuff that scared kids and i just am being overprotective of my baby art pieces. ✨ Would like to note that I did the Inktober 2019 version because @potatobear616 was the first person I saw doing inktober and I thought she was doing the 2022 version so I just took her inktober sheet when it was actually the 2019 version so. :\ ----- 1. RING - For this one I immedietly had the urge to do something more creative and honestly this artstyle was so out of touch with my usual vibe especially with the plants but this is quite literally a starting foundation for the rest of my *dabs* epicness. B] 2. MINDLESSNESS - In this one I tried to simplify stuff as a "stylistic choice" but nah it sucks. :D 3. BAIT - Blocked this one out as I feel like someone nom-noming on a cartoony heart with black goo would be risky ugH, this was one of my proudest pieces back then but i digress, st go brr. :'] 4. FREEZE - very abstract from the theme but this is so-so, nice, indeed. 5. BUILD - A BIG STEP UP IN QUALITY and omg i got attention from @potatobear616 senpai after this adn i was so proud ugh 6. HUSKY - Wanted to do both "husky" the wolf and "husky" the rough voide, and I GUESS I did both with the fluffy coat and "neck thorns"? eEEEE?? 7. ENCHANTED - KINDA TYPICAL TBH, not that proud of this but the composition is worthwhile ig. B] 8. FRAIL - ONE OF MY MOST POPULAR ONES, fr love this so much due to the concept of schmack fading away and this is where I was beggining to take more of a plant-ethereal-maiden vibe with my art pieces. 9. SWING - very literal as well, my sis loves this so much and idk why, but i could see the subverting of expectations with the swing being too long?? eh. >:'D 10. PATTERN - Was getting kiNdA mid here and just went for smthn literal once again, character kinda cute tho. 11. SNOW - AND THE CHARACTER RETURNSSS, here she is ig with a fancy hat. 12. DRAGON - almost trashed this, poor execution but I'de say this is plausible. 13. OVERGROWN - WAS SO hyped for this as I literally love drawing vines so this was my LIFEBLOOD, crying and sobbing cus this still lives up to my expectations. 14. ASH - this one is LITERALLY one of my favorites in terms of storytelling, it really is up to interpretation to figure out what's happening here for guys with an eye for art. 15. LEGEND - CUT THIS OUT BCUS *aHeM* slight "gripping" violence- just take the term "Legends never die" for this piece. 16. WILD - Went with a "hanaki's disease" vibe for this with her vine sickness going yEeT or whatever but i honestly stan this. 17. ORNAMENT - In terms of execution, this is literal gold im crying and sobbing, pose and cleanliness of the lineart is my life. 18. MISFIT - ACTUALLY LOVE THIS DESPITE THIS BEING A FLOP ON MY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, was drawn beside piece 8, and with the context of the art, I guess you guys an guess why this fits with the theme. >:] 19. SLING - worst piece ever prove me wrong, EVERYTHING HERE WENT SO WRONG AND THE OVERAL FOCUS ON SHADING WENT SO BADD, supposedly i had this grand idea of a princess in her forest bedroom with her "slinging" the broken tree branch, overall just bad. >:[ 20. TREAD - THIS ONE IS WAY NEATER, not my best, but way better than last piece, love the compositon here so much. X| 21. TREASURE - ONE OF MY FAVORITES FR, there's such a sparkly vibe here with the clean lineart and everythin ugh- 22. GHOST - This was a bland theme for me so here's a bland-ish piece. no words for this but ig its emo. :'] 23. ANCIENT - A fan favorite of mine I feel like, I really love the concept of this though and how it fits with the theme, I love the sense of longing of something missing in this piece. ToT 24. DIZZY - the piece where I had the most artblock, idk this is so messy although the concept had potential. *sob* 25. TASTY - fr hope st doesnt ban this project omg, IDK EVERYONE SEEMS TO LOVE THIS when I literally hate it's oversimplicity but ig it's cute. >//< 26. COAT - STRAYED AWAY FROM THE THEME A LOT, but I would argue that the covering on the chairs make up, fr tho, best piece of mine legit, ONCE AGAIN, the sad sense of something missing really makes me feel enchanted. 28. RIDE - Was also artblocked by this prompt, and I couldn't stop thinking of either dragons or a beanstalk, so HERE, a poorly executed piece, sadly. 29. INJURED - SUPPOSEDLY, my last piece flopped on this one social media platform I use as well, and in honor of that, I drew the beanstalk fallen, with black goo dripping and this one fairy fixing it uwu 30. CATCH - Merged the drawing from 28 with this piece because it fit the context so much?? THE CONCEPT FR CHEFS KISS, overall really proud. B] 31. RIPE - SO I'm SO sorry, this piece was sadly kinda on the creepy side as this was also a Halloween special, so basically remember piece number 2? It's the same girl but I guess she's sleeping, altho she kinda looked like she *aHem* :'] ----- overall, legit work better with prompts and should continue doing that.
