In spite of the Fazketian Union's efforts, it seems as if the Third Faze Civil War has begun–though it hasn't actually happened yet; however, the civilians aren't enough to distract the entire Union's army as efforts in the Toxian civil war, Battle of Khalestinia, and Battle of Arcland have almost hastened for both sides.
