Refactoring means taking a piece of code and making it shorter, while still doing all the same things. This project does the same things as the original Risk - Napoleon, but the code has been cleaned up and is a bit easier to understand. The biggest change I made was rolling all the sprites for the regions into one sprite that clones itself. I hope this will enable more regions to be added easier. I also made the AI smarter
