Patokaa is a Japanese Police Car seen in the Cars Toon short, Tokyo Mater, chasing after Tow Mater and follows him into the House of Donuts, but gets distracted by "donuts." He is based on a 2003-2009 Toyota Crown. Patokaa returns in Cars 2, where a blue Pacer crashes into him after getting sprayed by fire extinguisher.
