PFDF's Special Operations Command Penumbra has had a long military history. The existence of special purpose units has existed even before the 20th century. The current KSK was formed a decade ago due to the rising need in anti-terror forces. The KSK is trained in anti-terror, airborne operations, infiltration, espionage, and special warfare.
