This is a heavily modified variant of TS/A, its a lot more efficient and compact in rendering, this will be the rendering base of TS/A mk3 unless i learn something faster, I won't implement this into the current one because its glitchy and i had to sacrifice a lot of stuff
fairs a little better against DRE compared to the old base, the problem I'm trying to solve is that this uses a full rotation matrice so that's more math (in my opinion Delta Revised is the best performing sprite 3d engine)
