The blue palette is when the character notices its fear (represented by the dark character - notice how it comes in all sorts of different forms). At first, each of the characters try to escape their fear. Finally (around part 6), the character accepts its fear and decides to face it. The red palette is the battle scene, packed with lots of action! At the end, the enemy is defeated and the palette shifts back to blue :) - - - OH MY GOSH!! Everyone did a fantastic job! I couldn't have asked for a better team of animators /gen <3 Each of them were flexible with changes due to the deadline, an additional palette, and my constant reminders!
