Instructions in "Options" section I made this cause I was waiting for @RuinTech to respond and fix a bug I cant figure out how to fix.
Welcome to Ralo Arc, its just like the past ones but it has Mobile controls which was requested by @bennett116 a while ago. they're still a work in progress but they should work if your tablet manages to load it.
