Random wiggles, deviations, rings, and leaf color variants for a more 3D and realistic effect. Trying to avoid a totally symmetrical, monochrome fractal. If you set branch angle deviation and wiggle chance to zero, the tree is symmetrical. But it looks much more like a real tree if you set deviation to about 15 (degrees), and wiggle to 2 or 3. Branch angle looks best about 30 degrees or less.
Tree deviations, wiggles, rings, & color variants, with the aim of a bit more realism. Inspired by the maxim: "imperfections make digital perfection." Trying to avoid a flat and monochrome look in the trunk, branches, and leaves. Leaf veins branch fractally. Tree branches in fractal manner, with some deviations. Code repeats branching, each time shrinking, randomly varying branching angle deviations, and changing color. Results in a self-similar pattern known as "fractal." Follows the same kinds simple steps, very much like fractal branching in lungs, and arterial systems. Music is one of my favorites by Debussy: Danse sacrée et danse profane - 2.
