How I made them (instructions basically): 1. Make the desired amount of cupcakes you want (any flavor is fine, same thing with the cake) 2. Frost each cupcake with a thin layer 3. Make a cake for the heads (plan how much cake you'll need for each cupcake [They should be small enough so you can still see some of the top of the cupcake]) 4.Once your cake is done, let it cool down 5. Once it's cooled enough make some frosting, then get gloves to mix the cake and frosting and roll the cake into the head shapes, and place on a cookie sheet [place parchment paper on the sheet before them] 6. Put them into the freezer until they remain in the same shape 7.Make enough frosting for each cupcake [make them into different colors] *some colors listed in 'Notes and Credits'* 8. Once the heads are done, use a toothpick or something in order to stick them on top of the cupcakes so they remain in the same spot 9.Put the colors of frosting into piping/snack bags with the desired shaped tip [ for snack bags, cut a small hole in the corner and place the tip on the inside of the corner; don't squeeze too close to the tip/corner] 10.Decorate them with frosting, and cut some small marshmallows in half and use both pieces for the eyes for the eye color, you can use frosting (I used marshmallows for Yellow Guy's nose) (and some of the extra cake for duck guy's beak)
