Only 1 is EVER allowed to be handed out in the entire camp, and there has to be a secret way to get it, so that the chances of getting one are 1 to 100. Why is it so rare? Because the owner of this token can use this to decide who is eliminated, no matter if that person is up for elimination or not, all other votes won't count for that elimination, whoever the owner of the token decides to leave, leaves, no matter if that person has immunity or not.
