AFTER theres at least 10 things on the island that the wubbox is on Nothing inappropriate You can make custom elements and islands if you want, you just need to know how to make it, AND ONLY 1 MEME ISLAND, if somebody else made a meme island already, then you cant make one Custom monsters are allowed No monsters can be out of the islands, they can float, but they have to be hovering like 10 inches off the ground Thats all!
