Here’s my plan: The Tartarus goes and destroys the Port Missouri Bridge, then skips over Storm Island and decimates that Island Chain north of Thunderdallas (Clemaria, SI, Scratcheria) and flooding parts of Orestes, Springeria and Thunderdallas. Tiny bit of Inklio gone.
