Okay, seems like a wolf drawn on some outside art program, doesn't it? Can you guess what art program I did the wolf on? I did this 100% on Scratch (Technically on my own art engine). How does he look? (Yes, I know I failed at the anatomy. I'm not the best mouse drawer.) I am really happy with how the fur turned out. Press the right and left arrow keys to switch between to versions. ^-^ I will explain how I made this in a project later on. Essentially, I made a drawing engine. Usually, I would do art this detailed on Adobe Ideas.
