Press space! Yuki's Backstory Yuki was born into a family of villains with one older brother, and three little sisters. She had always idolized heroes and wanted to be one when she grew up until the age of five when her parents started to train her to become stronger and have better control of her quirk. This was around the time when she met a girl named Rina as well. Then when she had a good grasp on part of the abilities of her quirk, or to ger a tail animal ears claws and fangs, she learned how to control speed and strength with and without her quirk. She also met a boy named Hikaru and realized that Rina and Hikaru would look good together and go unnoticed in making moments for Hikaru and Rina to be alone together. They continued to train her for two years until she was seven, that she was told she was part of a villain family and was gonna help her mom, dad, and big brother with holding down the fort/base. Yuki didn't believe them fully and thought it was a game and tried to continue her dream of being a hero. Until she was eight and saw her mother and father fighting against the heroes on the news. That was when she realized it was no game and told them she would never be like them. She made sure her friend was never caught up in this Her parents became disappointed in her and allowed the siblings that hated her to abuse her both physically and mentally. Her siblings were told to bully her into realizing that she really wants to be a villain deep down. So, after that, she was told she was too useless and would only get in the way of heroes' work, that being a villain meant she could make as many messes as she wants too and it won't get her hurt. This hadn't fazed her for over the years she was used to the abuse until she was finally able to apply for a hero school. Since then Yuki has gotten very crude messages from her brother by bow and arrow which he aims at her or people near her at random. She's still friends with Rina and even ships her with Hikaru. As they all try there best to become the best hero's they can be, Yuki always has a little chunk of time in her day to make sure, Hikaru and Rina get closer to becoming a thing and never drift apart. Her parents began to train her skills, so she could properly wield her quirk. Although things seemed dim, she met a girl named Rina. Even becoming friends with her. But to her family, that was not important. As training went on, she began to grow with her power. Able to manifest features of animals, including the abilities they had. Around this time, Yuki also met a boy named Hikaru. Seeing him and Rina hanging out, she began to see how perfect of a match they would be. She even began trying to set up scenes to get them together. Continuing to train, she was thrust into the role of protecting the fortress while her parents fought. Seeing this as a game, she didn't think much of it. Still keeping hope for the dream of becoming a hero, she pushed on. That is, until she was eight. A single news report, showing her mother and father fighting the heroes showed her the truth: this was no game. She snapped, telling her parents that she would never become a villain like them. That was the final straw. Her parents disowned her, allowing her siblings to become more and more toxic. They grew into abusive monsters, while her parents dropped all the cares that were held for her. They told her siblings to do this to her, because they knew deep down, she wanted to be a villain like them. It was the family legacy, after all. They told her how useless she was, and how if she joined the heroes she would just get in the way. Painting villains in the light, they tried and tried to persuade her. She did not let them. Used to the constant berating and toxicity of her family, she jumped at the chance to join UA. Though she tries to forget her family, her siblings still send her messages to persuade her. Instead though, she uses this time to try and get Rina and Hikaru to fall for each other. Though deep down, the trauma, the abuse, the hatred all eats away at her.
