Amethyst is curious, naïve, and sarcastic, but can be quite timid. She adores magical beings, wanting to learn from them. She spends her time learning about magic and trying to find a way to get back to Rainbrew (read below). She's refuses to lie, no matter the situation, which has put her in danger many times. She's always blissfully unaware of danger (unless it's staring her right in the face). She likes making friends but can't tell who's bad and who's good on her own, and is strangely obedient to most everyone. She's blunt, and can become overly attached and dependent. She's about a meter and a half tall while standing. Amethyst is a genetically modified Night Fury, created by Rainbrew. She (Amethyst is genderless, but I'm using "she" for lack of a better word) was meant to serve one of Rainbrew's customers, but Rainbrew grew attached to her and refused to sell her. Rainbrew can summon portals that can lead anywhere from a few yards away to an alternate universe, so when her customer threatened to take Amethyst by force, Rainbrew lead Amethyst away to the land of Mūn Megami. In this land, there is a powerful sorcereress by the name of Kandaina (press space), whom Rainbrew begged to ensure Amethyst's safety. Kandaina is quite generous, and loves all creatures, so she accepted her plea. After Rainbrew left, Kandaina fused an enchanted amethyst gemstone to Amethyst, turning her body into hard light, and making her extremely durable. If Amethyst's physical form is fatally damaged, she will explode in a ball of thick, purple mist, and be reduced into nothing but her gem. Within a few hours to a few days, though, she will regenerate and gain a physical form once again. However, If the gemstone is cracked, Amethyst will transform into a glitch-like state, and will be unable to carry out actions normally until it is healed (the gemstone cannot heal itself). If the gemstone is shattered, she will cease to exist. Her gem also grants her several magical abilities, though Amethyst knows little about controlling them.
