Personality Fizz is a very outgoing and talkative Pokémon who is admittedly a bit clumsy. and not exactly the brightest ether... as she would be the type to try and put out a grease fire... With Water. before realizing she did so. but her heart is in the right place at least! as she is extremely loyal and loving! and admittedly a little clingy as well. she would go to great lengths to please those she cares about!
