On July 18th 1865. The Joon Riverside Railway opened. The railway commissioned a Fletcher Jennings 0-4-0st called Meurig. Here in the image he is being unloaded at Edturd harbour from the P.S Pacemaker. One of the engines that was running at the time took him to his new home. And the rest is history...
