Undertale by Toby Fox. AU by meeee This is Toriel from an AU of mine! This version takes place underwater, and thus all of the characters involved are part aquatic (so they don't drown haha) Toriel is part blue betta fish! That blue-tipped white thing is her tail :) I got nearly all of the colors for her palette straight from a reference, and I absolutely adore them :D
