Also, the flag of the USSR becomes more vibrant in 1983. 11-22-22 - Finished France and made an actually good title screen and merged Odessa and Mykolaiv 11-23-22 - Fixed bug where NATO would own some Warsaw pact provinces and Warsaw Pact would own some NATO provinces. 11-24-22 Added UK provinces 11-25-22 - Finished UK, added Ireland and Iceland, also replaced the Unicode characters with actual vector. Added Iceland and Greenland and a loading, to wait till the provinces have fully generated. 11-26-22 - Added Lowlands. 11-27-22 - Cancelled hiatus and added Switzerland 12-2-22 - Actually put this on a hiatus for 5 days + added Austria this will never be finished likely
