Due to the completion of multiple mining colonies on Doremi, the cost of dorem has been reduced enough to start creating energy tanks for war. Only around 20 have been built so far (out of Arcland's 673), but the energy tanks can fire energy bolts at speeds equivalent to around 2-3 normal tanks.
