Here's the second of a series of projects that I am working on, called "Local Legends". Essentially, these projects will be a series of recreations of real vehicles that I see in my area that stand out to me as being interesting. This 1999 Buick Regal GS is a puzzling vehicle. At one point an expensive, prestigious, supercharged luxury sedan, which has now devolved into a borderline-unroadworthy beater of the lowest tier. Truly a shame to see such an amazing car end up in this sort of state, although it may provide transportation to an individual or family that may not be able to afford anything else.
