I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE CLEAR THAT YOU MUSTTT READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU AUDITION!!! PERIOD!!! I've have several incidents (not calling out names) where people aren't following the rules. I let it slide but I will NOT let it slide anymore, and I will correct you until you have met the requirements. Thank you so much for your understanding!!! WELCOME TO THE UNWANTEDS AUDITIONS!!! I AM SO EXCITED TO HAVE YOU!!! This is based on an AMAZING series called Unwanteds. PLZ READ FULL DESCRIPTION!!! SOME OF YOU ARE ASKING QUESTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN ANSWERED IN THE DESCRIPTION!!! IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE SERIES BUT WANNA AUDITION, THAT'S FINE!!! YOU CAN READ THE SERIES PRIOR/AFTER THE AUDITIONING. I purposefully chose lines that *hopefully* wouldn't give too much away. For those of you wondering about playing different genders (some have asked me this). I personally believe that you should be able to play whoever you feel like you identify with. (Or even if you don't and just wanna try out :) ) So even if, say, you're biologically a female, you have the right to audition for a male character (and vice versa.) As I have stated, I will not discriminate against age, maturity, or sex. If you will not tolerate this, then you may leave NOW. Final warning. I am looking for personality, tone, and character. :))))) Requirements: - Ok so I changed this requirement bc not enough people were auditioning. It’s HIGHLY RECCOMENDED that you read the book first, but if not you can ask me for a summary (which, yes, would mean spoilers, so don’t get mad at me) - You can audition for up to 3 Mains/Semi- Mains. For each Main Character that is auditioned by you, you must audition for a character that is NOT a Main/Semi Main alongside that. - You must be able to say the lines I give you within a week unless you tell me you're going on hiatus ahead of time (if you have a valid reason) - Don’t worry about age! As long as you have the personality and heart down, voice maturity doesn’t make ANY difference!!! All female character auditions are closed!!!! Again, sorry!!!! Wanna be a part of this but don’t think you’ll have enough time to commit to one constantly? That’s fine! You can just ask to be a background character! Background characters and regular characters are NOT the same, regular characters need auditioning while background character’s don’t :). I’ll simply post options for background characters and whoever calls dibs on it first will get it, then I’ll send you over the lines (I’ll reply to you). You do NOT need to read the book to do background characters :)))
