Any nation in this tier is just a few steps from becoming a Type Ω civilization, and controls more than 10^300 multiverses. A - Extremely powerful. Any nation in this tier controls at least 10^100 multiverses and has very advanced technology. B - Very powerful. Any nation in this tier controls anywhere from 10^99 to 1 trillion multiverses and has advanced technology. C - Powerful. Any nation in this tier controls anywhere from 1 trillion multiverses to 1 multiverse and has superb technology. D. Strong. Any nation in this tier controls anywhere from 1 multiverse to 1 universe and has superb technology. E. Mildly strong. Any nation in this tier controls anywhere from 1 universe to 1 galaxy, and has state-of-the-art technology. F. Weak. Controls anywhere from 1-star system to 1 planet, has average technology.
