Spectre the spooky boi! (Pastel Paradise Specter)
He's a bit shyer than the regular Specter and his pranks are much less harmful. He's just much less of a nuisance in general. -Null Design based off of Ghost Fox from Kaiju Paradise (He's still a cat tho)
