A Scandinavian battleship discovers a massive Modular Support Vessel sunken for unknown causes. The battleship takes a picture of the ship and sends it to both New Scandinavia and the G.U.W. A few days after the discovery of the ruined MSV, archaeologists from across the Grand Union found bits of information of the ship's origins... as well as why Scandinavia even came to be... However, most of the actual ship itself couldn't be understood, as the technology it contained was so utterly alien as to be indecipherable and un-reverse engineerable. New Scandinavia is considering rebranding as the "Cynopharon Empire". The proposal is becoming popular with the populus.
