The ROS Counterattack at Novaritsch, also known as the 2nd Battle of Novaritsch. (scroll down for battle account) Units in the attack: The 1st armored division is counterattacking, with the 2nd armored division behind to reinforce it. Each division is comprised of 3 armored regiments and 1 infantry regiment. Each armored regiment has 200 LT-4s, 150 MT-4s, and 150 infantry. Each infantry regiment contains 500 infantry, 25 LT-4s, and 5 MT-4s. The 3rd armored division is remaining in SpaceSoldier, D.S. (District of SpaceSoldia). The Battle Account: Part 1: The Attack The advancing ranks of tanks roll on. A young Scrachistanian guard, on duty today, is feeling nervous. He feels anticipation rising. He fears an attack will happen. Then he spots them. His worst fears had come true. Not just 1, but 2 Armored Divisions are coming at him. 1250 LT-4s, 910 MT-4s, and 1900 infantry are coming right at him. Alarms are blaring. Then, he hears the click of a gun loading. He sees an aiming laser on him. He jumps. Too late. A bullet comes whistling through him. He falls to the ground with a thud. One down, 499 to go. Part 2: The Battle Defending Novaritsch were 250 paratroopers, 250 special forces, and 25 helicopters of mixed nations, along with a medical team and a number of small armored vehicles, deployed by the helicopters. Attacking them were the 1st and 2nd armored divisions, each comprised of 3 armored regiments and 1 infantry regiment. Each armored regiment had 200 LT-4s, 150 MT-4s, and 150 infantry in it. Each infantry regiment contained 500 infantry, 25 LT-4s, and 5 MT-4s. The enemy fought with great courage, but to no avail. In the end, the ROS won, although with many losses. Part 3: The Results In the 2nd Battle of Novaritsch, there were 993 total casualties. There were 629 ROS casualties, with 563 wounded and 66 wounded, and the loss of 3 MT-4s and 8 LT-4s. There were 364 ALK and ATF casualties, with 259 wounded and 105 killed, with the destruction of 4 helicopters and 6 armored vehicles. 3 helicopters managed to escape, with 32 soldiers and 2 armored vehicles on them.
